As Broker/Owner of Bluewater Bay Realty Group, Brenda Draper is committed to providing personalized, professional service to every client she works with. Having lived and worked in Pasco County for more than 30 years, Brenda offers extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market, including Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Hillsborough and surrounding counties. As a full-time real estate professional since 2005, she has built her business on strong communication, honesty, market knowledge, and long-term client relationships.
With over 30 years of experience in sales, customer service, and management, Brenda brings a well-rounded skill set and attention to detail to every transaction. From listing to closing, she has developed extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate process and takes pride in helping clients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Brenda has been happily married since 1986 and is blessed with two beautiful children, a wonderful son-in-law and daughter-in-law, and a handsome grandson she truly adores. Born and raised in New Port Richey, FL, I grew up watching the local housing market grow exponentially and excellent amenities being established, making New Port Richey an ideal place to live in, especially for people with families. However, in 2017, My parents had an unpleasant experience selling their then home and buying a new one. I grew up in Michigan, and when I turned 19, my family relocated to sunny Florida. I attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood & Elementary Education. For 31 years I taught in the Hillsborough County Public Schools and truly enjoyed working with young children and their families. Teaching students to read was especially rewarding.
In addition to my teaching career, I have also been a realtor for 21 years, assisting family and friends in buying and selling homes. Real estate ownership has always been a passion of mine!
